The University of Melbourne through the Melbourne School of Engineering is announcing the 2020 academic session scholarship for Australian/domestic and international to apply for the 2020 Engineering Scholarship for eligible and qualified students who are passionate about advancing their educational career in a world-class university.
The Scholarship is for students commencing their studies for all masters programs at Melbourne School of Engineering. The scholarships will be provided to students who are high achieving with outstanding academic credentials in their previous degree. The scholarship will be awarded in half-yearly instalments for the normal, full-time duration of the recipient’s course for a maximum of two years.

Scholarship Eligibility and Selection Criteria: To be considered for the Melbourne School of Engineering Scholarship for International Students 2020, applicants are to meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must have obtained pass marks in their subjects and achieve at least a 65% average.
- Applicants must demonstrate outstanding qualities and be motivated to complete a graduate degree in Engineering.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong academic potential as measured in their bachelor’s degree with distinction or equivalent which they must have completed before the commencement date.
- Applicants must possess an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 minimum (with a minimum 6.0 in each component, or equivalent) for candidates for whom English is not their first language and must be evidenced at point of application.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership abilities and be willing to abide by the rules and regulations governing the conducts of students at the University.
