The Center for International Cooperation, University of Pavia and EDiSU (Institute of the Right to University Studies) is pleased to announce the 2021 CICOP scholarships scheme for developing countries. The scholarship aims at promoting international cooperation, particularly with developing countries.

Studying at the University of Pavia, Italy provides first and second level degree courses to students in an academic and research-friendly environment.  The University of Pavia guarantees students a personalised orientation path, more than 400 collaboration agreements with foreign universities and over 700 Erasmus agreements, 3300 internship opportunities, contacts with companies and the world of work.

Scholarship Eligibility and Selection Criteria: To be considered for the CICOPS Scholarships for Developing Countries 2021, applicants must ensure that they meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be students from developing countries who are enrolled or willing to enrol at the Center for International Cooperation and Development University of Pavia, Italy.
• Applicants must possess strong academic and leadership abilities.
• Applicants must have at least two year of either teaching experience or activity within international organizations and institutions.
• Scholarships are designed for both junior and senior members of Universities in Developing Countries or members of major research centres and international organizations or institutions with specific interest in the field of development studies.

How-to-Apply

Applicants are to send in their application by filling the online application form before the scholarship deadline. Applicants are to upload the following documents to the online form:

• Curriculum Vitae ideally in European format with a list of publications (file to be named: Surname_Name_CV)
• Invitation letter from the professor or researcher with whom you intend to collaborate.
